Thank you for your interest in serving with Frontline at Quest! If you weren’t able to make it to our Frontline Vision Meeting on July 13th, you can watch a recording of the content below. You will also see the forms, one pagers, and other materials mentioned below.

Frontline Team One Pagers

Each one pager lays out the expectations and goals for each area of Frontline.

Shift Information for Frontline Teams

Lobby Team

1st Shift:
- Arrive and be in position by 7:45AM
- Remain in serving position until the bumper begins (all except Lobby Floater)
- Return to serving positions during the closing prayer of the sermon
- Remain at serving position until the bumper for 2nd service begins
- Once the bumper plays, you are finished serving for the day
*Lobby Floaters will remain in lobby the entire service

2nd Shift:
- Arrive and be in position by 10:40AM
- Remain in serving position until the bumper begins for 3rd service (all except Lobby Floater)
- Return to serving positions during the closing prayer of the sermon
- Once the lobby begins to clear, you are finished serving for the day
*Lobby Floaters will remain in lobby the entire service

Coffee Team (COFFEE BAR CLOSING CHANGES WILL LAUNCH IN SEPTEMBER)

1st Shift:
- Arrive at 7AM - Begin brewing coffee in the kitchen
- Serve coffee until the service begins
- Once first service starts, put up the “Coffee will continue after service” sign, close the coffee bar, and move coffee crafts to kitchen - When the last worship song begins, bring smaller coffee crafts back to coffee bar (refill if needed)
- Serve coffee between the first and second service
- Once second service starts, put up the sign, close the coffee bar, and take coffee crafts to kitchen - You have finished your service on coffee for the day

2nd Shift:
- If you don’t attend the 2nd service, arrive at 10:30AM
- Get small coffee crafts from the kitchen (refill if needed)
- Serve coffee between second and third service
- Once third service starts, you can close down the coffee bar, take the coffee crafts to the kitchen, and begin breakdown and clean up
- Coffee crafts need to be emptied and washed, and then stored back in their proper locations in the kitchen

Response Team

1st Shift:
- If you attend this service normally, be in position at the cross once next steps and prayer after sermon occurs
- If you do not attend this service, arrive by 9:00AM and be in position at the cross once next steps and prayer after sermon occurs

2nd Shift:
- If you attend this service normally, be in position at the cross once next steps and prayer after sermon occurs
- If you do not attend this service, arrive by 10:30AM and be in position at the cross once next steps and prayer after sermon occurs

3rd Shift:
- If you attend this service normally, be in position at the cross once next steps and prayer after sermon occurs
- If you do not attend this service, arrive by 12PM and be in position at the cross once next steps and prayer after sermon occurs
